The store is clean and bright and the staff are polite and helpful and there is good value in their products. While she was finishing my husbands sub and the other mans', mine sat on the counter getting cold.To make matters worse the girl on cash was having problems with the register.By the time i got it home-i live just around the corner it was completely cold.The reason i asked for it toasted was that i wanted it hot.I am very ticked off at the way this was handled and thought i would send you a message because i knew i would receive no satisfaction from the server,being as surly as she was.My name is Susan Ripley and my address is 12 Maple Crescent Paris Ontario.
