Good food but terrible customer service. Received incomplete order at cash, but realized only when I was ten minutes away from Bayshore. Returned promptly and was given the remainder of my order with no apology. When I indicated that service should also check to make sure that order was complete, the woman at the counter informed me that it was not her responsibility because she was not the one who gave me my order. When I then indicated that it was the shared responsibility of the restaurant along with the customer to confirm the order, I was, very deliberately, thanked for my comment. I wasn't asking to be thanked. Quite pointedly, I was given no apology for the inconvenience. I politely left my food with the cashier and indicated to her that this was a matter of proper customer service and attention to detail. It is not too much to ask to be given exactly what you pay for - nothing more, nothing less. Understandably, good will is not a requirement in the transaction. Perhaps that is the point that the cashier was trying to impress upon me. Point well taken. I intend not to eat there again.
