I had my grocery order delivered on Tuesday August 1 st , the order was complete. I placed the order on Monday July 31 st with Christine.
I paid the bill of $173.70 with my Mastercard.
The store receipt showed that I had been double charged for the Rotisserie chicken which was taxable.
I was double charged for 4 Rib Eye steaks.
Due to these two errors I was overcharged $48.29.
I immediately informed Christine , who told me I would receive a credit on my next order.
I prefer a credit should be applied to my Mastercard.
I have had billing problems twice before , but this is the worst.

I have to say, I use to tell everybody to go buy meat at CANTERS. The last .8 weeks I spent more then $900.00. I was allways happy with them but sadley today not at all...... spent $170.00, WHAT A RIPOFF? Bought the bulk steak pack for 89.00. Bbq tonight....... wad the worse tuffest meat I ever eat. Gave it to my dog. All the meat packs thats in the freezer behind you, they use to ask 6.99 or 7.99 for the chicken wings, now its 9.00. Wall mart is evev cheaper then them . I really think they start getting greedy. So mad was a customer for 25 years, dont even think I will go back
I am a somewhat disabled customer with no way to get out & about. Cantors is a Godsend to me. IThey are curtious,helpful & pleasent to deal with.
They go the extra mile. Their products are also A1 & I know I can depend on them.
