I recently shopped at Healty Planet store in Parkway Mall. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.This was my first visit but defiantly wont be my last. I was helped by Keshawn and found him to be very helpful.I found the prices to be quite good as well

Horrible customer service. The staff is composed of idiots. All of them. Ignore emails. Takes forever to ship an order. Might or not tell you when they ship and give or not a tracking number. Might also cancel the order anytime. Might pretend some items are out of stock and nevertheless ship the complete command 10 minutes later. Might ship less items than ordered or delay the shipment forever, without letting you know. Are unable/unwilling/too stupid to add an item to an order in preparation after asked to by email. All they interest them is your money. Once they got it, you're on your own. I was a customer for several years and spent thousands of dollars there. Now I'm fed up and will give a chance to well.ca from now on.
Staff at Pickering are not at all friendly, most of the attendants are unapproachable, its almost like you are disturbing them if you have a question. Not a healthy environment. Most horrible customer service.
One of the most irritating features is to listen to the childlike recording on the stores prompter. Just makes your blood cringe each time you have to call there.
Awful Customer Service -No response to phone calls! I had ordered supplements and I received something else. My order had been switched with someone else's. I tried to talk to someone on the phone and I waited more than one half hour before being told to call later! I emailed a message about the wrong received items and they asked me to send them a photo of the received products, which I did. Then, they sent me a Canada Post return label for the return of the wrong items. I was told that I would be shipped the right products when I return the wrong ones. But they received the return parcel on a Friday and I had to write back to them on Tuesday as I did not hear from them. Business is a question of good faith. I had always been a good customer but they did not believe me when I told them I had returned the items. Even if they already had the return parcel on hand, I had to give them the tracking number. What kind of business is that? They could have corrected their mistake by sending me the ordered products without waiting for the return parcel! They did not trust me and I don't trust them for the future!
Awful Customer Service. Not responding to emails, and forget about getting them on the phone!
I got my order and it was missing one supplement that I was charged for. It's been 10 days with no response to my email, and i called them about 4 times with no one picking up the phone. After being on hold for 7 minutes they usually disconnect the call asking "to call back later". I have gave them a try few times and not once had a smooth transaction - something was always out of stock, my credit card charged twice for the same order. MESS! will never order from them again and will advise my friends not too as well.
