This is my second time going and i had an even worse experience. had a reservation for 6 people we sat there for I dont know how long waiting for a waiter. After waiting for over an hour to be served-they brought us 5 plates and they forgot about one of the orders-ofcourse my aunt was livid and by the time she got her food we were all finished eating. Took another hour to bring the dessert menu-the dirty plates were still on the table as they took out dessert order. as theyre bringing the desserts out the dirty dishes from dinner were still at our table. the waiter actually moved the dirty plate out of the way so he can put the dessert plate-I had to tell him to please remove the dirty plates...So now we're waiting for another hour for hour bill -after asking numerous times for it. When i get the bill it was all manually done not by computers or cash register. They over charged us with an extra dinner and extra drinks we didnt order.
One plate ordered was the milanesa-and on the plate there was one full milanesa and one which was visually cut in half-where was the other half?-not acceptable
The food was allright but it was cold-and its nothing like la pasiva back home-not even close
Like I said in thebeginning this was my second time-i had a bad experience my first time and i decided to come again to see if it was a one off. To my disappointment my second time was worse than the fisrt.
They definelty lost 6 clients-the service is beyond horrlble and the funny part was instead of taking care of the seated customers they still took more people in
dont recommend it at all
