This is a first class eating place. We order food from there all the time. Even though it's pricier than some restaurants the food is excellent. The samosas melt in your mouth, the chicken is spiced perfectly and is both tastey and well seasoned. I love the food and it's worth every penny!
I too went for the food festival with my wife and small baby , She came and immedietly took care of us and seated us with a child seat ,in the rush ,which I think was polite ,well the whole time it was busy and she had been coordinating with staff and customers and in refilling . I thought it was well coordinated ,may be the saree is their traditional dress in Malabar .The place is a little small for the event ,but overall it was amazing .
great food.I went during the Malabari food festival. I was bit confused when i walked in (this being my first time to Maroli)thinking the lady in saree was a customer making a big fuss about the seat given to her till I realised that she is a staff member (actually the owners wife) trying to seat the customers They can better co-ordinate with one person from the staff at the door instead of the owners wife in a one layered saree trying to seat the customers. it is a small place and it looked more crowded with a women in saree walking up and down trying to seat people better still let her wear a staff jacket over the saree
