I have lived in this area for over 54yrs, and have been going to location since it was open. I have had some minor issues with this location but nothing major. On august 8 2016, I went to drive thru and ordered an ice coffee and a chicken chipotle sandwich and took it home to eat around 1145 am. I only had cherrios for breakie which I have been eating for the past few weeks large box. Later that day I wasnt feeling to good at all. I ate nothing for dinner and went to bed early arounf 600pm. that night it hit, fever, vomiting, cold and hot flashes, diareaha and dizziness. Saturday was a right off for me as I continued to stay in bed and rest, sunday Im up but still dizzy and somewhat weak. My chest hurts from the vomiting and my body aches on sunday still. If I had the strength to go in I would have. I called the owner today sunday and left a message with carry-ann to see what his response might be. She said he would call me back, I await his call. Im gong to follow up with a call to head office. The crap I went thru is unreal for a lousy chicken burger. I know 100% since I didnt eat anything else it was the chicken.
Excellent, AMAZING , the drive thru times are awesome, customer service excellent and the food is so awesome and well prepared, the managers are fantastic and deals with situation in a very well manner. huge ratings to the supervisor and store owner who always help out with the guess and to these two managers dexter i think and tracy whos always keeping their workers focus , job well done guys i will surely visit again
I went in for lunch on Thursday around 1:30pm to the Yonge and Charles location. The customer service at this location was fairly good, however I'm certain I got food poisoning from their chicken mcnuggets. It's the only thing I had to eat that day, and before I had a chance to eat the following day I was starting to feel a little off. I have. 2 hour commute out of the city via public transit. I was so ill I had to get a family member to pick me up from the GO station where I park my car because I couldn't even stand up straight. I've been eating mcdonalds for 22 years and have NEVER had this issue before. I've tried to call and speak to someone and end up being places on hold for 40-50 minutes.
Poor. Im actually sitting in the drive thru as we speak and there are two cars infront of me. I've already been here for 20 min. And the first car is finally getting food (1 small bag). It's always like this here. And to top it all off they still send u away with missing items. So 25 min later and the guy infront of me got the 3 coffees he ordered. So I finally hot the two drinks I ordered It only took 28 min
Really This is ridiculous. This is every time. 😣
Visited this 24hr McDonalds at 3:00am and were told that this mcdonalds was not open even though there were customers sitting inside and employees working. Very frustrated, as we've been waiting quite a while to get food. Why is an establishment quoted as 24 hours if it will not serve it's customers at any hour of the day?!? VERY FRUSTRATED.
NEVER TRUST A CLOWN.Went through the drive-thru at McBarfs on Ingram Drive because my little girl wanted a happy meal. When I brought it home I noticed the milk they gave me EXPIRED 6 DAYS AGO! Come on people wake up where is the quality control???
There is none, and To give that to a child? What a bunch of morons.Do you want them handling your food? Go elsewhere .
The McDonald's at 2 Ingram Drive in Toronto really sucks. The girl that does the drive through window during the wee hours weekdays is real vicious. Every time I come through the front door she tells her colleagues in her nasty voice that their "friend" is here. I am not a "friend", but I was a good customer, at least until she opened her big mouth.
During lunch hour I stopped in at McDonalds in Osooyos BC. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I received the bun, bacon and cheese.....no pattie. So frustrating especially because they were swamped and employees overwhelmed and I did not want to wait in line all over again.
Hey! I'm so sorry to hear about your negative experiance at mcdonalds. As a current employee of the franchise I am looking for a new job. I am a disappointed employee, the location I work at which I will leave unmentioned for obvious reasons, has many issues, including poor communication and management problems. The biggest issue is that they lack the ability to prioritize, customers are always first no matter what, and this brings up the question of if I, being a regular crew member can follow through with that then why can't management?
" Hi I am a huge fan of McDonalds. I have 3 children and we are on the go all the time and find we eat at you restaurant alot. I am very disappointed to say in the past two weeks the last 3 times we went through the drive through they messed up my order. First was at your Dundas street location, I ordered an sausage and egg mcmuffin which I received a sausage mcmuffin with no egg. Next I ordered a meal and a small fry extra, I didnt get my small fry, and third was today my 2 children got happy meals and they got spoons, no yogurt! How can your employees be so incompetent. This is rediculous wastes my time and gas money having to go back to get my order corrected which should have been correct to begin with. I am hoping you can out the word out there to your companies to ensure more accuracy with their customers orders if this happens to me 3 times in a row, i can only imagine how many others it has affected. If there is anything you could do to restore my faith in McDonalds that would be great as I am beginning to believe we need to start eating somewhere else. Thanks, Shannon
We ordered two of the special, small coffees and muffins. When we got them home, the one muffin was like a hockey puck and the second one wasn't much better. I microwaved it, but it didn't help. It is just ridiculous to me that when a staff member takes a product to give to a customer they have to know how dried out it is. Just terrible.
Jan 10,2012 07:15 am. McDonalds highway 2 and Townline Oshawa. I proceed through the drive-thru accidentally passing the speaker before giving my order. There is one car ahead of me already at the 1st window. There is NO ONE behind me. No one. I pull up to the window apologizing for my mistake. Remember there is NO one else in the line up. "Nicole" informs me I have to drive back around the building to the speaker to place my order. I said you cannot be serious ,there's NO ONE else here in the line up. She again proceeds to stand there refusing to take my order at her window, telling me I have to " go back around to the speaker " because as she so rudely informed me " That's what they are there for." Her tone and body language so rude and sarcastic. I was shocked to be spoken to with this tone from a McDonalds employee. I have never experienced this before. They are generally super friendly and polite. Sadly society has allowed rudeness to become commonplace. I never thought McDonalds would....
It's almost 10 days I have been contacting torbram/airport McDonald's as wanted to arrange a birthday party for my sons 7th birthday he was excited for it the staff doesn't pick up the phone once they picked up and said wait let us check if we have availabilty for that day was waited for long nobody came on line call up 20 times a day nobody picks up now its 5th jan the birthday is on 12 th had to send invitation cards to parents my sons mood went bad we are so very disappointed as they ruined our plan and trust now we can never plan a birthday party as the staff is careless they don't need customers don't know how to deal with customer . I live in windsor,on. and live alone, 24-7. On new year eve I went into my local mcdonads, to pass the time away until the last bus left for home at midnite. I got there at 10:45pm, ordered a coffee, and I noticed that there were only 2 couples and 1 single man and I, so I asked the cashier, to change one of the 4 TV's to the ball drop in times square, she went over, and I overheard the Manager at the time saying to her "if she wants to watch TV, tell her to go home and watch her own TV"....then the cashier came back to me and said the two Managers that were on at the time said no.. So I sat down for 15-min. and he still did not come from behind the counter, so I left, and went home all alone, which I did not want to do, because, I spent the holidays alone because no where was opened....
I was in Steinbach, Manitoba, Canada. Around 3:15 PM, on Friday , Dec 21, 2012. I ask for the special the trio at $10.00 after I paid and wait 5 minutes. I inquired as based on my wait I asked if there was a policy that if the food was not served by a certain time you should get your lunch for free! With a smile also just to make the conversation with the manager. The reply was they have not this policy valid there sorry. Ok I said and waited for maybe another 2 minute I was served. I went to sit down with my frend at the table and I started to take a bit to my big mac and realise my bun was totally cold like almost frozen but the meat was hot. I could feel the bun was cold so I asked for and exchange or my money back as now my fiend was almost finished and and I would not have time to wait for another one to be cooked. The manager gave me my money back but make sure to tell me to leave the permises like right now. But I was with my friend and he was not finished eating his food. I tried to explain that my friend was not finished. The manager was very angry and kept persisting that I leave. My friend explainded that he was almost finished and that I had done nothing wrong to tell them my food was not cooked. We were not arguing or disruptive we are retired gentlemen. The Manager kept bieng persistant that I leave that I evern indicated maybe he should call the RCMP to see that the Manager was out of control. I did not appreciate the threats or the treatment in front of the public. I am sorry but my bun was frozen. I do not think is was right that I be treated this way because I was indicating my food was not cooked. I am shocked and appalled that this is the way the institution of MacDonalds would find acceptable in treating their regular customer
We went to McDonald last Tuesday in Simcoe Ontario branch. We ordered 2 big mac meal with coffee, after finishing our lunch there, we cannot sleep all night and start to feel headache, looks like to be stroke. We take blood pressure test, it go up 220/110 for me, my husband usually was low blood pressure but still high up to 170/95. We are suffering these days. I am still serious headache until today, it's 6 days from last Tuesday. We checked internet about food poison, we found the bad coffee can cause blood vessel shrink, headache...very harmful of health.
Please let me know how to solve this problem? Thanks. Linda
We frequent the McDonalds at3401 Portage Ave, Winnipeg about once per month when babysitting our grandchildren. 6/10 times there is an error or omission of an item. Last visit, no milk in 2 happy meals. My husband later went back, told the supervisor and asked to have credited towards 2 coffees. No go, all he would do is give us a happy meal. Makes no sense when the kids are now in bed sleeping. Last visit, we will now frequent elsewhere!!!!
I was at Mcdonals 5420 25th Ave Vernon, BC, Canada today. I saw that nobody who makes the food wears gloves.. fair enough. But what concerned me was that they wore nailpolish while working.. literally, all the girls, including the manager, I believer, or supervisor, were wearing nailpolish. The problem I had with this was that I ordered a coffee today and I found a nail polish chip at the bottom of the cup. This is gross, unsanitary service.
Always complaint about coffee served cold instead of hot at 891, Granville street Vancouver.and is there any difference of prices by location because when I took large coffee and muffin at surrey they charge me $ 2 and when I purchase from the above given location in Vancouver they charge me $2.23 why
I was at McDonald's, Yonge & Sheppard, Toronto location for a takeout meal. When the salesperson packed my lunch, I saw that she did not put a napkin in the bag and I asked her to do so. I was told that I need to go to the food counter to get a napkin, they don't have any napkins at the cash registers/sale counters!!!! How silly is it, everywhere you buy a takeout meal, any restaurants will automatic pack utensil and napkin, I guess, except McDonald's! One of the reason I pick McDonald's for a takeout is because I can go in and out fast, I was wrong, big time!!!!
I have been trying for approximately a month now to get a milkshake from your Yarmouth< NS l.ocation
The first reason was that the machine for making milkshakes had broken and needed replacement parts - understandable - the next time iI tried the parts had come in but they were the wrong ones - understandable as well - third time the restaurant had run out of the milkshake solution (for lack of a better word) - not acceptable as this is a busy location and one would think that more would have been ordered before running out altogether - next time I was told that they had just taken the milkshake solution out of the freezer and it would be some time before it was ready to use.
I have aways enjoyed your milkshakes so fine it rather dissappointing when they are not available.
I enjoy your coffee and other menu items so do not really have any kind of complaint in that regards, just a little disappointed that I cannot get a milkshake.
By the way the staff at the Yarmouth location are very friendly and efficient.

Your resturant in Sussex NB has gone so far downhill its terrible 90% of the staff are not fit to serve food. Most of the locals are thinking of leaving Why do you let them know when your inspection is coming?they surrey around cleaning etc 2 days before inspections should be UNANNOUNICED.Wake up get a good manager in there.
When I came home at lunch today my youngest begged me can you take me to McDonalds for lunch. I agreed to do the drive through and bring food back for the rest of the family. Drive thru was busy but didn't have to wait too long. I ordered our meals and paid for it and then at the second window was told to park around the corner and they would bring my order out. I pull around and there are all ready two veichles waiting so I pull into the first stall across other wise I would get hit by cars comming out of the drive thru..........and wait.......and wait. One car was given their order and the second half of his and he stayed waiting. A employee finally came out went to his veichle, wasn't his and started looking in the parking lot. I told her, we are still waiting for our food, and she just kept walking and said it wasn't our car. So, I waited along with the other guy, finally he went in and we lasted about another 5 minutes and then went in as well. I heard the gentleman saying that there is a woman in a van still waiting for hers. The guy received his, no appogy and I moved up to the corner of the tills. I told the manager, I ordered at 12:30 (gave him my receipt)and have been waiting outside for 25 minutes now and I have not received my food. He started getting the food ready, another 7 minutes and gave me my food. Not one appolgy or I am sorry about the wait, here is a coupon, your money back.......NOTHING. I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY AT THE TIME WITH A SINCERE APPOLGY, BUT NOTHING. My son worked there last year and I know they have changed all managemnet, but it has gone down hill. I have two more sons and as it stands I will not let them work there in the future. I was late for work as well, such a disappointment McDonalds.Wendys, here we come from now on!!!!! 780-781-8280

because of the commercial played over and over at the olympics I will never eat at McDonalds. They were as lame as Tim Hortons.Glad we have another 4 years for your genius to come up with another annoying bit. Glad the olympics was on more than 1 channel.
Hi, i'm writing this review to let people know how i was treated bye McDonalds....
I work at the North end McD. in Saint John N.B. 399 Main St.
I found out on June 30 that i have Bladder Cancer... Went to work that following Sat. and Sun. Had 2 days off then back to work... That Wednesday July 4th, i just could not do my job... All the stress of just finding out and customers and staff notince a difference was asking whats wrong...My mental state at that time was not good... I asked Catherine our store manager that i needed to go home, that i could not do my job... customers come first.... i could not do that function. Catherine told me that it was not my time to go home... 5 minutes after i had asked the 1st time, she sent another staff member home because the sales states were down...for that time phram. After the 3rd time asking to go home and her knowing full well i could not perform my duties....when i had my break 2 1/2 into my shift i went to see EI and they put me out on medical sick leave.... even got the doctor note....Thy were to send my record of emplyment out on the 6th....I took over the forms from EI to the main office. It now the 24th and they still have not done so. A week after i was out of work Catherine (store manager) called me and said if i do not bring in the paper, that i had all ready taken in that she would see to it that my EI she could make it difficult for me to get it.....
Please any one out there that has a simular situation just becarefull that this don't happen to you.... I feel the treatment that i am getting from McDoalds is unjust and inhumane....They don't even answere my calls or call back.... So i feel my next step to take is L board and media....this was recomened by the employment office. Thank for reading.
What pathetic customer service. You don't even HAVE a customer service department let alone a bad one !!! If you do have one out there somewhere, you've gone to extremes to hide it, which pretty much sums up your customer service. Your customer service sucks as bad as your food quality, and that's pretty bad. Why people even bother to still patronize your businesses is beyond me. It took nearly an hour to find a phone number for your head offices, and when I finally called that number, there was absolutely no way to get through to anyone unless we knew their extension number already !!! You obviously DO NOT want to hold ANY conversations with your customers. You are as pathetic a company as I've ever had to deal with. You're VILE. Take our money and run... the epitome of large American corporations operating in Canada. I hope you choke on one of your dog food burgers.
Employee's can't get an order right to save their life. Cashew teriyaki salad is supposed to be served with cashews. Also, where are the edamame beans that are advertised? What am I paying for? No wonder you make such a good profit - you undercut the customer constantly. Epic FAIL!!!!!
This afternoo;n (Friday, April 13th. 2012) I purchased a 'spicy thai chicken salad' at the McDonalds Restaurant, 85 North Cumberland Street, Thunder Bay ON (807-344-1513). After I ate the chicken on the top of the salad I saw a long blonde hair on top of the lettuce...I picked it up with my fingers and to my horror found a lice egg attached to the strand of hair. I have been a Principal of many schools here in Thunder Bay and have checked students' hair for over 30 years...the egg could NOT be pulled off the strand of hair, usually a good indicator that it is a lice egg. Right now there is the usual spring outbreak of lice in our schools and heads are being checked. I took it back and spoke to the Manager (Jose)...he was very pleasant and asked if I wanted the salad replaced...I was too disgusted by this time and asked for my money back. I went to give him the hair which I was holding and he had me drop it into the bag. He said he would send it away to be analized. I doubt he will be able to find the hair at the bottom of the bag, with the salad box, napkins and cutlery in the bottom of the bag as well. By the time I got home, the shock had worn off and I felt very upset! I had asked him if his employees wore hair nets...he said no, they were only required to wear their hair pulled back in pony tails. He also told me that only 2 people made the salads today and one was a boy. I felt that he wasn't believing me...he said, "Unfortunately these things sometimes happen". He took my name, address and phone number and said he would get back to me. Again I felt like he was not taking this seriously. Even if the egg proves to not be a lice egg, it was still a long hair in my sald...totally unacceptable! I feel I was not properly compensated and would like Head Office to call me to discuss this incident. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter...I look forward to speaking with someone from Head Office.

I am looking for a place to put a complaint in for a franchise restaurant for Mc Donalds. Not sure if this is the place but maybe if it is not. Someone could notify as to where I could put in a compaint about customer service. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you
I just went to the New Walmart superstore that has been open about 2 months now. While there with My 4 yr old son and my 4 year old Grandson I decided to go to Mcdonalds. I first purchased 400.00 of merchandise from Walmart and had it in a grocery cart. I entered McDonalds with my bought merchandise and noticed that there were 3 women with carts with maybe 1 or 2 bags in them inside the restaurant. So after I told the girl at the counter I was just checking to see if there was any room for myself , 2 (4) yr olds as well as my 12 year old daughter, and my mom. I had gotten about 2 steps when another girl that worked there came charging out of the kitchen and stated that I could not enter with my grocery cart . I had to leave it out in the area by the door to go outside. I told her that there were 3 other carts right there in front of her that should be moved too then. She said leave please. I then took my paid for merchandise and left. I got about 3 feet and went back to ask for the manager. She came out of the back and asked me what my problem was. I told her that l felt I was being treated unfair. I had no problem with the rules if they had applied to everyone. I told her I thought it was very unfair that I with 2 small children was told I could not bring my paid merchandise of ($400.00) into the restaurant. I almost fell over when she told me that I could take my paid for items and put them outside the restaurant ..(right around the corner behind and wall and that the store greeter from walmart would watch them. Now I am not saying this girl couldn't watch them but...When I looked the girl was gabbing with 3 friends and not at all paying attention to the job she was suppose to be doing. let alone watching ($400.00) of paid for merchandise for me. I really pushed the point that 3 ladies with 1 coffee each ...with 2 bags in each of 3 grocery carts that were sitting just 5 feet from where I was standing talking to this manager should be told that they would have to take there bags and carts and leave the restaurant as well. I also told her that she should have trained her staff not to pick and choose who these rules apply to. I also informed her that it was her loss. I would leave the store without purchasing food and I would go to another McDonalds. I was there to order food for 8 people. All I wanted to do was stay so the 2 (4) year olds could eat there meals and I was going to order 10 meals to go. So that is what I did. I left and went down the street and bout 8 meals that came to close to $80.00. I am glad I did because the service at the other McDonalds was excellent. It was like night and Day. I will never return with my family to the McDonalds that just opened in the last 2 months . I found the staff as well as the management was rude and prejudice. If I had been a little old lady they would not have said anything too me . By the way I am 44 yrs old and my mother is 65.
I have been looking for over an hour now to get E-mail address to send an E-mail I wrote to head office, with no luck. I am very new to the computer (since Christmas). This looks as good a place. I wrote to say that we have been eating at Mcdonalds for over 45 years now and probably will continue to do so, in spite of your new add. This new add turns me off, because every time I see it, they look like they are not wearing gloves for sanitation. My eyes are getting old, but it sure looks like they are not.
Thought you might like to know. The add would be great otherwise.
My name is Mrs Sue Strongman and I am a disabled person. This morning as yu are well aware we are having bad weather, here in Stouffville, Ontario its no different. My neighbour Debbie Williams works for your Stouffville restaurant, due to the weather her 10yr old daughters school bus was canceled. SANDRA, THE MANAGER OF HER WORK PLACE, (BECAUSE SHE HAD TO CALL IN THAT SHE WAS UNABLE TO WORK TODAY BECAUSE OF THE CANCELATION) DEMANDED DEBBIE GET ME TO BABYSIT!!! This is not the first time she has done this and then to threaten Debbie with not guarenting her future hours if I do not look after Debbies daughter is absolutely uncalled for, un professional and unacceptable!!! I do not know what kind of employees Howard and Neal are placing in key positions but clearly she is one who should be removed asap!!! She has no right to tell Debbie that I should change my Doctors appointment to accommidate her!!!!! Sue Strongman, my email address is email@example.com. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE THERE WORK HOURS USED AS A THREAT AGAINST THEM !!!!!. P.S. her father was unable to watch her daughter as well. (please excuse any spelling errors, I am very upset)
Richmond, Ironwood - 25 minutes for a hashbrown, egg mcmuffin and orange juice. Glad it was not more complicated or it would have taken an hour... I could have gone to Save on foods, bought the ingredients, gone home, cooked them, and still eaten faster. Worse yet, the food was cold & soggy. They told me (and 5 otehr drive-thru patrons waiting in the lot - they were cooking fresh hashbrowns... strange how our were not fresh after the wait. terrible service, the staff and manager were lacking in their response, and this is concistent behaviour from this locaton. Stay away, or go to Ladner - that would have been faster too...
We go every morning in Kingsville ont, ca. But it would be more fun if it was not so cold in there. We have to sit with our coats on. Is there nothing you can do about that, Thank you , your loyal customers.

McDonalds Should remove the sign "Pick the Shortest Line" becasue people just butt in front of you. Here is an example of when I visted the Jackson Square Mall McDonalds in Hamilton, ON. I was in line with 3 others and a man butted in front of us and said he is taking the short line according to the sign. I said I am next in line and that is where I am going. He asked me if I was stupid and could not read the sign. I asked him if he has ettiquette and manners and to wait his turn. It also upset the others in line. I asked one of the staff to address this. The young male staff sided with the man because of what the sign said. I asked "so it doesn't matter that we are all waiting for the next short line?" The young male staff said the man was just following the sign. This really upset me. Another man in line said "last week this same sign caused a physical fight between a black women and white woman." I very strongly urge McDonalds to remove the sign. I will be contacting the Ministry of Consumer Services about this matter. It is just a matter of time before the sign causes another fight and it becomes a law suit.
This is a comment regarding my experience today at Duncan B.C MC Donalds located on the Trans Canada Hwy. I'am absolutely appauled at the lack of customer care not to mention the cleanliness of the restaurant my shoes were sticking to the floor and the self serve station for beverages ect.. was covered with dirty paper cups and napkins. My experience began when I placed my order and it was tossed on the counter in a paper bag later to find out it was incorrect. It took three attempts and two rude sarcastic employees to get it right. As a teenager I was an employee and this sort of service would have be unacceptable. What has happened to service with a smile?
Located in Prince Rupert. Restuarant service is terrible, walking out of the restuarant there is so much garbage and no garbage bins. I count two. Ordered food and had to wait 30 minutes for small fries and a bacon cheeseburger. I would say that everyone who worked there was "high" or do not care about their job.
I just recently visited a McDonald’s franchise located on Homer Watson, Ontario and the service was “snail-pace.” Now I’m not usually the type to write into a company, but I feel as though this has been ridiculous. I have given this restaurant many chances, but after three visits I have almost had enough. The last time I had ordered a Tuscan salad that did not come with dried cranberries or nuts!! This current visit, I had ordered a Bigmac meal and waited for 35 minutes. I am a very disappointed customer who is almost reaching their breaking point with the McDonalds franchise. Please get back to me as I would like an excuse for this lack of customer service!!
I am from a little town named Bancroft, Ontario.
I want to let you know that I and probably many more residents of our small town will be happy that the renovations are going on and that there is goint to be more than 1 stool in the bathroom. You see we are a tourist town and in the summer time I don't go in alot because you do not have alot of moving around room. So I wait till the evening. The lineups for the washroom are long, very annoying, not only for me but can you imagine the how the tourist feel. But on the whole you go for the food. Which I have to say is fairly good.
Mcdonalds in Moncton NB
If a health board member was to there they would be shut down.Service there was the worst I've ever seen after 25 minutes of waiting we asked for our money back .Just the worst ever they can not keep up the demand there at magnetic hill.Never enough staff. We stopped there last year around the same time passing througgh from QC and it was the same thing last year .please do something about this.
Pierre and Carolyn Cote
they are pretty good on a hole. But twice we have been in a line up at two different restarants for ice cream and to be told sorry we have no ice cream today, would it not be appropreate to put up a sign up saying sorry no ice cream today and then people would not have to waste there time in line, we have now taken our bussines to Dairy Queen
This is not about the Head Office but about the McDonalds on Main Street on Stouffville Ontario. Why do you not have a site where customers can make comments. Not only did I receive poor service today, but trying to find a customer feedback form online for a canadian McDonalds has wasted 45 minutes of my time.
Customer service is truly lacking. I was ordering my meal through the drive through, the young lady on the other end stated
hi my name is Brad woods,i was in a mcdonalds 2 days ago for lunch in st,catharines i witnessed something i shouldof said something but they were busy.a staff member did not was his hands after he touched a brought up a new bucket of water that was dirty,i saw him make my big mac and that bothered me,alot of germs are there.as a person who has and was in the food business for over 25 years i was put back.please contact that mcdonalds.i am really upset and if i get sick i will be informing the local papers trust me.thanks for reading this email,i know you get alot of emails but i think you should be aware of this.in closeing i am not makeing this up and i should be compensated for what happened.
I go to the McDonalds on Queenston Road in Hamilton and there is one employee there that is amazing. Her name is Janis and she is so friendly and I hear many customers comment on her and how they would rather have her wait on them then the others. When you go out and have a friendly smile and great service that is what you want. Maybe some of the other employees should take a lesson from her.

When I sat down with the breakfast found a long black hair wrapped inside, when
I took it to the counter and handed it over with a line up behind me the girl just
looked at me, Im blonde ,her reply "oh" and stood for a moment ,unfortunately I
did not get the name of the supervisor which I just spoke to the day before with
regards to another matter. In the preparation area they just stood and wondered
what to do. the supervisor said make another. the girl actually had to ask what to do with the one with the hair. even through I got another one ,I did not feel like
eating it. and I was off to do a 10 hour day. to courtesy free meal next time .
*The day before had gone to eat quickly , the supervisor (thin tall no name sorry
was shouting out instructions to staff , so loud which she is "ALWAYS" that the
customers have to hear it , in the sitting area went to the same supervisor (glasses
dark hair will get her name she was great both times) this person that was shouting
out orders was her boss!!! and said is it necessary for the people eating to hear her
shouting or if that is her voice keep it down. the girl went over to her which I knew
had to be hard it was her boss , and asked her to keep her voice down) it was for
the moment. She was on duty again today dec 10th came in about 8a and again
loud.! the counter staff have a hard time taking orders. not even courteous on any
level. the one girl a year ago that works drive ,weekends counter gave a recommomdation to , what she got was a dollar scratch and win ticket. what....
pointless to say good worker, or get one of their bottons for good work a scratch
tickets. this location is awlful on any given day.
last year one of the male supervisors was on duty went through drive through
when I got to the pick up area the order was incomplete. when I just I had repeated
the order to the girl how now is it wrong, He rolled his eyes as he walked away.
when I said what was that about. what.. was the reply.
fast food yes poor servous continously and from management staff leaves me
wonder. I will get the name of the supervisor that has.... done what she is
suppose to do. get the order correct, serve people with a smile. and take complaints
without back talk. (she is stripped shirt and works there as well as taking nursing
school. thank goodness for her to help resolve situations that her... boss did not.

I don't know if I'll get an answer, but why did you get rid of orange crush pop at all your restaurants Nation wide I'm told ?? From what I've seen at your outlets we now have a choice of 3 types of Coke , a root beer and sprite, I don't think so! My family won't drink cola's at the best of times, and if I really wanted a Root Beer, I would have stopped at A&W instead of a McDonald's.That leaves sprite . Please bring back orange!!! Other than that, not too bad, but then I've be going to McDonald's for close to 40 years.
Why oh why did you get rid of the only burger that I liked? That would be the Big Extra. What did you replace it with? A tough so called bun and dry as a bone. I have not been to McDonald's nince your great loss.
At least I still have an A W and Burger King all in the same block
