Poor. Lady behind the counter was incredibly rude towards our curiosity of the shop and clearly does not enjoy answering questions about her culture. More interested in doing her Western Union transfers.Respond

Mercado Latino is literally a translation of what it is, a Latin market. More like a market store. Youll find products that are popular in Latin America, most notably in Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, and Caribbean bordering South American cuisine. They have a varied selection of Goya products among other brands found in different Latin American markets and the U.S. Latin market. I often go for the corn tortillas (made in QB), mojo (marinade), malta (soft drink), and guava paste among other novelties that may catch my eye. 100% authentic Latin American products and 100% Canadian prices.Respond
PS. I wish I could find malanga (aka. tannia). Its a tuber root. Ive seen Eddoes at local grocery stores, but theyre smaller and harder to work with, and they dont taste the same.
