I was shopping around in the store and suddenly got an upset stomach i parked my cart and dashed to the downstairs bathroom where an asian gentleman stood with cleaning equipment i begged him to let me go into the bathroom. He refused i actually then explained i would not make it upstairs to the other bathroom without an embarrasing mess he actually still blocked the door and refused to let me in how rude. Like he has never had the runs before

I was in a new neighbourhood and decided to pick up a few things. The cqashier Gurdep(Gurdeep) required a code for a product Till 1 - about 5:15 pm. I offered to return to the area to obtain this code. I left, got the code and returned to the till. Gurdeep had already closed her till. The remaining groceries were not at the till and the cashier was walking away. This could have been because she was now off work, or going on a break. I went to the customer service desk. Informed the clerk, left the item with them, and told her I had no idea where the groceries went and I wasnot willing to spend another half hour looking for them. Your customer service stinks, as does the attitude of the cashier that originally served me. I informed the clerk I would not be repeating the superstore experience as a direct result of her closing this till before the transaction could be completed. As a long time customer from the WestHills location, you have lost me as a customer. I am willing to travel outside of my new neighbourhood in order to obtain better quality service, better attitude and the Save on Foods just picked me up as a customer.
What a sad excuse for an employee this one turned out to be. Your store just received a minus 10

She was Polite, Quick and gave us all the information she was supposed to like Daily Deal Offer, Contest, etc. We recommend her for Employee of the Month.
