POOR, Fusion has redefined "Express 1-8" items. The express cashier accepted more than 43 items that I could count in 9 bags and held a running conversation worthy of a Victorian Garden Party from the customer before me while I waited to pay for a single, "1", lonely cauliflower. Then she told me 'they won't go to the normal checkout" when I enquired why the sign "Express Counter" was still posted...pardon me for asking.Respond

I purchased a mini watermelon last Wednesday. Put immediately in refrigerator until Saturday, when I opened it. Splash!! Pulp and water burst out all over..the inside was entirely mush and liquid. I returned to store on Monday, I knew I could not find the bill, but thought perhaps they would BELIEVE me. Ha. Not only did Serena at customer service not believe me, she informed me that it states right on the receipt that produce can only be returned 24 hours from purchase. You mean if I purchase a pineapple or melon or cantalope or watermelon I have to run home, open it to ensure not rotten, and then return it within 24 hours? I asked to speak to the manager and was told he just went out. Had bought produce there before and thought was ok, but they have now lost a customer.Respond
