Well I have contacted Tim Hortons online cause I was tied off calling the store and getting no answer. I have three times now where they got my order wrong and then proceeded to be rude to me when I tried to say my order was wrong. The last time really pissed me off cause they didnt get my order right the first or second time but finally after the third time. I had to ask for the free coffee slip and the guy Everytime I seen them making my cafe mocha wrong and tried to tell him, was rude and brushed me off like I didnt know what I was talking about. I was not pleased and neither was my best friend who was in the car with me. They asked me if I wanted to be contacted by head office and I said yes but to this day I have not heard from anyone and that was ever since December 20 at 2:47 PM. I know this because we were on the way to pick our girls up from school and I looked at the time. This was the Ropewalk lane drive through. Not pleased not pleased at all. I think Starbucks is starting to sound better even if it costs more, I dont care at this point as long as I am not treated like I dont know better. I have a business degree and worked with customers all my life, so please stop being rude. But this customer is probably never going back and I use to go once if not twice a day. And I will tell others of the rotten experience at Tim Hortons and I will put it on my Facebook as well for the world to see and Twitter is great to. Have a great day cause I am drinking a coffee but not from Tim Hortons lol.
