My name is Heather Fordyce. I can be reached at 780-490-4091. I have a huge problem with your location at Argyll and 75th street Edmonton, Alberta. I am not the only one that has had repeated problems at this location. They are frequently out of products, but that isn't even the biggest problem. The real issue is the rotten attitude of the staff. When I ordered today they were out of the chocolate danish. Not a big deal but there was a line behind me and I couldn't decide on an alternative product so I just ordered a large 3x3 with 4 sugurs on the side. No alternative product was offered instead of the danish. When I got to the window to pay I decided to get a mufffin. The wait to the window had given me some time to think while allowing the line behind me to keep moving. When I asked for the muffin I was repremanded by a stern, older lady for not ordering it sooner. I tried to explain that I couldn't get what I wanted originaly so I thought of something else. Then she forgot to give me my sugur on the side that I always request but is forgotten 8 out of 10 times at this location. When I asked for my sugur she said rudely that it was already in my coffee. I told her I know but I needed more sugur on the side, like I ordered originaly. She reluctantly gave me some sugur. She acted as if I was putting her out when all i was doing was tryning to place an order with her and unless i am mistaken that is her job. The other staff are also rude and not helpful. They are the closest location to our work but if this continues our whole office may have to go to Second cup for freindly service. It is worth the drive.
I just went to a new Tim's that opened Martin Grove Plaza close by and left after waiting for 20 minutes while a stream of teens from a local school each with the 2 or 3 neetly clip rims from what appeared to be your cups bargained for free coffee and donuts. What are the chances of 15 or 20 teens showing up at the same time with that number of wins? I think you are being ripped off, or do you have a program runnung that offers high school students free coffee and donuts? Yours,Kerry Chantler
I am a regular customer at Tim Hortons, going there at least three times a week and always purchasing your tins of coffee for home. I visited the Tim Hortons on Nordel Way & River Way in Delta BC, I ordered 5 bagels, one can of coffee and two D/D coffees, received 4 bagels one can of coffee and 2 D/D coffees, when I got home one bagel was missing. When I called they claimed the order was only for four bagels.
My husband and myself are getting fed up with the orders being incorrect from your franchise location at Weston Road and Rutherford (Woodbridge). Today the person again got the order wrong I asked for 2 raisin bran muffins and received 2 blueberry even after complaining that this is what I received yesterday morning. That is the second day in a row for receiving the wrong order. We also asked for an XL black with cream and sugar on the side of which we never received the cream and sugar - ended up pitching it out.We are regular customers of TIm Hortons however it wouldn't take much for us to discontinue supporting this establishment.
Just moved to Alberta from Vancouver BC. Every morning in Van on my way to work I stopped at timmys So many locations to choose from, depending on the time I would usually stop at MY Tim Hortons. So Now I must drive 35 min to the nearest location one east the other is West. After driving West to Lacombe to do my weekly groceries(fri Feb 15th 2008) & stopping at TH location there, I will now be driving East to Stettler from now on. I have always had a issue with this location but yesterday, I was angry. Dianne (looked like a shift supervisor)Insulted my intelligence. I order the same thing everytime It comes to $4.05 She said that will be $4.80 I asked her to repeat my order. one triple triple and a double toasted garden veggie. I said I didnt order that !!!!!!!!!! well yes you did she said well for about 6 years I've ordered a coffee and a double toasted everything bagle herb & garlic & tomato and lettuce and s&p on the side (keeping in mind that ususlly half way through my speel i hear ....whooooo whooooo whooo slow down) K its not that hard I know not to talk to fast (6 years remember)special feature 1 1 then 11 for tomato I think and no I have never worked for timmys. anyways when I got up to the window she stuck her head out the window and proceeded to tell me that IM wrong blah blah blah. I told her she needed to educate her staff If the rules and prices have changed . she said she didn't I got my coffee paid got my bagel looked inside (no lettuce) and the tomato had a nasty green stem in the middle..c'mon now would you eat that. SO I told here that I wasnt happy & could I have your number she told me to look it up. as i was pulling out angry she said see you again I said probably not she said good.... pretty classy peeps you hire...

The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday edition that Tim Hortons has rehired a London, Ont., employee just hours after she was fired for giving away one 16-cent Timbit to the restless child of a regular customer. The Globe's Tavia Grant writes that media outlets jumped on the tale of the 27-year-old single mother of four, shunted aside by a Canadian corporate icon. Head office didn't take long to respond. Rather than go on the offensive, Tims ate humble pie and reinstated Nicole Lilliman hours after her firing. She does not want to go back. Ms. Lilliman will now work at a nearby location, said spokesman Rachel Douglas. She will be paid for the missed days. Events unfolded Monday, when a customer came in with a fussy toddler. Ms. Lilliman, who has worked at the store for three years, spontaneously gave the child a doughnut hole to quiet her. She thought nothing of it, according to the London Free Press, until Wednesday, when she was hauled into the office and told she was caught on video giving away food. The experience "was hell," she told the newspaper. "When I told my daughter I lost my job she started crying. She's only six, and she doesn't know. She said, 'We won't have any food any more.'"
We have a new Tim Hortons on Vedder Road, Chilliwack BC this place is so short staffed the line up is outside the door. They have a sign saying that they need staff but I know for a fact that there were 30 resume's that were not loked at for 5 weeks by the manager. One employee was not allowed a break as they were short staffed and was told to eat while taking/making drive through orders plus told to bake whole wheat buns on top of other duties. Then!!! told she could not go home until the floor was moped ... school day 1100 oclock !!!! The supervisor however was allowed to go out and have several cigarette breaks. New Management is needed badly here as it is a very good location.
